Privacy policy

Your email provided to us will be used solely for the delivery of the requested product. Your address will be used solely in our accounting files as billing address. We will not forward this information to any other party, and we will delete it at the end of our accounting year. 

Delivery policy

Flexible Angels is delivering digital products only. The products will be delivered via a download link displayed on the checkout page, or sent to the customers email address. In most cases both options will be used, in order to provide the customer with quality service. It is the resposibility of the customer to provide a valid email address while ordering our product.

Return policy

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered final product for any reason you can inform us up to 14 days after delivery and we will refund paid amount. In this case, the copyright to your returned photos will be kept by us and you will no longer be allowed to use our photos. 

Payment policy

Our store uses CorvusPay - an advanced system for securely accepting payment cards online. CorvusPay ensures complete secrecy of your card data from the moment you enter it in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment information is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with the complete information about your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to employees of the CorvusPay system. An isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.

Corvus Info considers all collected information as bank secret and treats it accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely safe, and its privacy is guaranteed by the most modern protection mechanisms. Only data necessary for the performance of work are collected in accordance with the prescribed demanding procedures for online payment.

In case of any complaints you are free to contact us at office@portrait-solutions.com and we will respond within the legal deadline of 15 days. 

Legal Jurisdiction

Terms of business and relations between customers and RiBox d.o.o. are subject to the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a dispute, the competent court in Rijeka, Croatia has jurisdiction.
